The Dobson spectrophotometer D040 is installed on the wheel table easy to carry on the roof of the main building of the MAO, has 220V, 50Hz AC electricity supply, Internet access, warm shelter for D040 and enough room for operators.

At the same station the weather parameters are provided in situ by automatic Vaisala WXT510 Weather Transmitter .

The station is equipped with an automatic polarization-sensitive sunphotometer CIMEL CE-318-2 operated in the framework of AERONET network AERONET Kyiv site .

Operation schedule

Ozone observations are provided by operator on daily basis according schedule and weather conditions. During observations readings filled in the form and than updated in O3Dobson software. Monthly calibration by Mercury and Standard Lamp tests of Dobson spectrophotometer are provided by PI with assistance of one of observers according [Komhyr et al., 2006].
